Who is qualified to receive the $600 check?
Congress has passed $900 billion economic relief package and sitting on our President Donald Trump’s desk for his signature. While we waiting for our President to sign this bill which includes many relief package for millions of working families, hardworking Americans waiting for additional help to pay their bills and put food on their tables. Here are some highlight summary what’s in it for millions of Americans.

Second Stimulus Checks: What You Need to Know
The 2nd stimulus checks will go up to $600 per adult and additional $600 per child dependent based on second stimulus package bill which is publicly available. The bill passed by House of Congress and Senate but sitting on president Donald Trump outlines following criteria who are eligible to get the $600 check.
In the 2019 tax year adjusted gross income (AGI), If you single and earned $75,000 or less, if you are Head of Households (HOH) and earned $112,000 or if you married filed jointly and earn $150,000 or less you are eligible to receive $600 per person.
If you are HOH, or Married (MFJ) and have child as dependent and they 16 years old or younger are eligible for $600 per child. If you have child dependent but they are between 17 – 24 years old they are not eligible as per the Stimulus package. here is table outline the summary, or you can use the calculator to see what you are eligible.

Note: if your income is above the minimum requirements then the stimulus amount $600 start to phase out. See below for the Phaseout table. The amount is reduced by 5% of the amount you have made above the AGI Limit.
When will I get my stimulus check
If the new bill get signed by our President, Donald Trump, as per Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin you may get the check early as 1st week of January 2021. It will be direct payment plan which the IRS on their system from the 1st CARES Act. If you didn’t get your 1st Stimulus Check you can claim when you file your 2020 tax return.
